How do you know if you are the right candidate?
• Do you have a background in business/marketing/business development/writing /public relations? The super-star candidate will have all of the above… but a couple from this list would certainly help the job.
• Are you multi-lingual? An excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia would be ideal. Our patients communicate with us in these languages.
• Do you get along well with people? We need a team player who can also work independently.
• Are you able to work under tight deadlines and multi-task? Can you face constant interruptions with calm and still get projects done on time?
• Do you like meeting people and making presentations? How are your event management skills?
• Are you a wordsmith, i.e. do you enjoy writing and can you create stories that resonate with people?
• Do you have a creative eye and attention to detail? Can you conceptualize ideas into designs?
• Do you have a heart for people? In the service industry, caring for others is KEY. We are in the business of helping others and showing that we care.
• Are you comfortable with computers and technology? When something goes wrong with the computer, do you stay calm? Are you able to troubleshoot issues before calling for expert help?
• Do you have a “can-do” attitude? No task is too small or too difficult… you will make the effort to complete it and acquire new skills in the process.
• Are you willing to work a 5 day week and occasionally attend evening or weekend functions?
Here is what to expect as a member of P.T. Jalatama Artha Berjangka:
• S1 in Business/Marketing/Mass Communication
• Fresh graduated are also welcome
• Basic Salary Plus commission and Bonus
• The job may require to travel local or overseas.Allowance will be provided if oversea trips
• Team player, results oriented with multi-tasking capabilities and good attitude
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in preferably in English as translation is a plus required
POSITION :

Responsibility:
• Develop short and long-term strategies to attract and inform investors and analysts in a manner that communicate the company’s operational and financial performance, whilst establishing realistic expectations for future performance

•Partner with senior managers to develop and execute strategy and planning through teams and working groups, gathering corporate data and perform high level trend, threat, and futures analysis using a variety of environmental scan techniques to support company’s strategy development, scenario-based and capabilities-based planning, resource estimation, and performing measurement and planning and co-ordination strategic management processes to recommend business decisions
Requirement:
• Full time with 5 working days per week
• Min Bachelor of Degree in Investment/Finance/Business Management
• Basic Salary Plus commission and Bonus
• Able to communicate with client/prosper very well
• Excellent communication skills in English will be added value
