In order to keep up with the growing regional demand for our SunFish solutions we are seeking the best candidates to fill in position of :
SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE STAFF (SM)
As part of our Software Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for dealing with customer requests for information, complaints, support and guidance related to operating our applications. In order to provide solutions to customer problems you will be working together closely with our development and/ or implementation teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma from reputable university majoring Information System, Computer Science or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of English
• Mature personality with high self confidence and ability to work effectively in an IT environment
• Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation
• Familiar with Web Technology such as HTML
• Familiar with Client Side Scripting Languages and Technologies such as JavaScript and AJAX
• Familiar with Server Side Web Based Scripting Languages such as ColdFusion, PHP or ASP
• Familiar with DBMS and basic scripting in Oracle Database, MSSQL Server and MySQL
• Moderate in technical programming algorithm
• Having experience in Software Implementation, Software Maintenance or Software Customer Care is preferrable
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (SD)
The Software Developer is responsible for designing and implementing an executable code solution, testing the resulting components, and analyzing run time profiles to debug errors that might exist. He/she can also be responsible for creating the software’s architecture and for employing rapid application development tools.
Job Description:
• Develop and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) or ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) applications
• Prepare application technical materials
• Perform System Integration Test
• Complete other duties as assigned
Technical Qualification:
Minimum A Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Information System, Computer Science or Equivalent
Having at least 0-1 year experience
A mature individual with high self confident and the ability to work effectively in IT environment
Excellent in technical programming algorithm
Familiar with ColdFusion, HTML, JavaScript, PHP or ASP
Familiar with Oracle Database, or MSSQL Server
IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT (IC)
An Implementation Consultant is responsible for understanding and documentating client’s business requirement so that each HR/ ERP solution and implementation project ultimately meets both customers functional and process requirements. Implementation Consultants works closely with the Project Manager to deliver features and workflows that customers need in their solutions in order to gain true benefits from the innovation and improvements of their business processes and operations.
